COMMERCIAL VEHICLES TYRES HIT TO EU MARKET

150+ SKUS of HUBTRAC BRAND TBR TYRES will be released to European market by LINGLONG Tyre from the beginning of Oct.2020. Production bases are Thailand factory and Serbia factory so that it can meets European high-end market’s requirements.

In order to promote its high-quality global industrial layout and increase its core brand competitiveness in global market, Linglong formulates its 6+6 global layout to build six Chinese manufacturing bases and six overseas manufacturing bases. At present, the company has five Chinese manufacturing bases in Zhaoyuan, Dezhou, Liuzhou, Jingmen, Changchun (under construction) and two overseas manufacturing bases in Thailand and Serbia (under construction). Meanwhile, Linglong will carry out active inspection of its new factory's location, aiming at completing the full completion of 6+6 global layout to expand its global tyre market with full utilization of global resources.

To meet the company’s development demand of 6+6 global layout and internationalization, Linglong has built diversified brand system for different markets. HUBTRAC is a new brand born at the right moment, which mainly involving TBR and special tyre series. HUBTRAC products are planned to be produced in Linglong manufacturing bases throughout the world, including bases in Thailand and Serbia.

One Germany engineer from Linglong’s European Reacher Center said “Compared with current products, HUBTRAC is a new brand with new naming method and brand-new sidewall design, looks like very modern and fashion. Especially, we already prepared full range of tyres for this brand, and cover 6 series: long haul, regional, on/off road, mine, winter and urban. And, by next year, new Generation of this brand will be designed, which is more attractive to the market and can achieve better performance with advanced technology.”

And Chairman Mr. Wang Feng of Linglong Tyre said that,” It is well known that the EU market has higher requirements on the safety, wear resistance, re-treading, and environmental protection of all steel truck tyres, EU new labeling rules will be carried out form May.01, 2021, maybe those high requirements are a challenge to some factories, but it is an opportunity for tyre makers who are committed to developing diversified international markets. So LINGLONG TYRE will put more energy and more investment on European market.”
